1. Welcome & Preparation (5 Minutes)
  • Warm welcome and brief consultation to understand your preferences or specific needs.
  • Relax with a soothing atmosphere, aromatherapy, and soft music.
2. Foot Soak Ritual (5 Minutes)
  • Start with a calming foot soak using salt and lime to cleanse and refresh your feet.
  • This step sets the tone for relaxation.
3. Massage using a hot stone (70/100 Minutes)
  • Massage using a hot stone.
  • The gentle yet effective techniques relieve stress and tension, while the aromatic oils elevate your mood.
4. Post-Massage Refreshment (10 Minutes)
  • Enjoy a warm cup of rosella tea to rejuvenate and hydrate after the massage.
  • Take your time to relax and savor the peaceful atmosphere before departure.

Policy

GENERAL POLICY:

  • Price will deduct IDR 5,000 from the rate, in situations in which facial masks are not available during the service date, on that circumstances all guests have no right option to receive or reject the facial mask regulation
  • Every SPA group booking confirmed above 15 pax (treatment at the same date and time) will entitle 1 FOC (Free of Charge) - nonaccumulative apply.
  • For Booking & Reservation no later than/maximum 1 x 24 hours before the confirmed date & time

BOOKING AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation at last minute or no show on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the price of the treatment ordered.
  • Guests should present on time as confirmed bookings, if any overdue/late arrival occurs more than 20 minutes will be a surcharge of 50% from the booking rate
