Policy
AGE RECOMMENDATION
Recommended age range for the activities:
➢ Minimum 3 years old and maximum 65 years old for Water Sport activities (Snorkeling and others)
➢ Minimum 1 year old and maximum 70 years old for Cruise & Island Tour
CONDITIONS NOT APPROVED
Guests who are pregnant or have extreme chronic diseases such as heart attack, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory disease, epilepsy, complications, and other chronic diseases are not allowed to cruise, visit the island, and engage in water sports activities. The guest must report their conditions to our employees and/or crew for these conditions and fill out our safety agreement.
BAD WEATHER
Since all the activities are focused on weather conditions, this is why Jet Asia Bali Cruise will not be responsible for a full refund to the guests or agents if there is bad weather when doing the
activities that involves stopping the activities with regard to the safety of the guests and the destination can be changed following the weather and waves; the captain will be in charge. For everyone's safety, if the weather gets dangerous with high waves and wind, the boat might need to go back to Bali earlier.
LOST & DAMAGE
Jet Asia Bali Cruise is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items such as camera, handset, watch, wallet, jewelry, money, bag, shoes, clothes, etc.
FORCE MAJEUR
Jet Asia Bali Cruise shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeure, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & regulations, Acts of God, or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Jet Asia Bali Cruise's jurisdiction.
CANCELLATION
1. Cancellations by Port Authority
The cruise will be cancelled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc.).
2. Cancellation by Customer
If canceled, Jet Asia Bali Cruise is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in compliance with the Jet Asia Bali Cruise cancellation fee policy as follows:
