To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please review our property policies below.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required upon check-in.

Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment platforms.
• Rates are quoted per room, per night.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation may be available up to a specified period before arrival.
• Cancellations made after the allowed period or no-shows may incur cancellation charges.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Occupancy Policy

• Each room may only accommodate the maximum number of guests specified during booking.
• Additional guests must be registered with management and may be subject to extra charges.
• Visitors who are not registered guests may be restricted from entering guest rooms without prior approval.

Children Policy

• Children are welcome.
• Children requiring their own bed may be subject to additional charges.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around the jacuzzi pool.

Jacuzzi Pool Policy

• Guests use the jacuzzi pool at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving, running, or unsafe behavior is permitted.
• Glass containers are not allowed in or around the pool area.

Parking

• Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
• Parking is subject to availability.
• The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Smoking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Guests are requested to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests.

Property Care & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay.
• Charges may apply for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning requirements.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by management prior to arrival.

Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
• The property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• Guests should ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving their rooms.

Illegal Activities

• Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for violations of property rules or local laws.

Force Majeure

• The property shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service

Pondok Saren Agung Nusa Dua reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these policies.
