General Policy – Serene Spa & Wellness
Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time for registration and preparation.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment duration to accommodate the next guest.
Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the treatment begins.
All personal items remain the responsibility of the guest; the spa is not liable for any loss or damage.
The spa maintains a peaceful environment — kindly keep noise to a minimum and turn mobile devices to silent mode.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Treatments are designed for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for free cancellation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours is subject to availability and may be considered as a cancellation.
Group bookings or special packages may require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.
