  • Operations depend on weather and sea safety conditions. In case of extreme weather, schedules may be delayed or canceled.

  • Children under 3 years old are not recommended for safety reasons.

  • Bringing heavy food & drinks into the submarine is not allowed.

  • Guests with the following conditions are not permitted to join the activity:

    • severe heart conditions,

    • seizure disorders,

    • any medical condition where doctors advise avoiding pressurized environments.

  • Schedule changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before the trip: 50% refund.

  • Same-day cancellations: non-refundable
