1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made with complete passenger details, including full name, nationality, and passport number (as required by port authorities).
E-tickets will be issued upon successful payment and must be presented during check-in.
Passengers are advised to arrive at Serangan Harbor at least 30–45 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.
2. Schedule & Departure
Ferry departure times are subject to weather conditions and sea safety regulations.
In the event of schedule changes or delays, the operator will provide timely updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time; missed departures are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 1 week of departure: Full refund (minus administrative fee).
3 days – 6 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
In case of ferry cancellation due to bad weather or government restrictions, passengers may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
4. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed up to 25kg of luggage (including personal bags).
Extra luggage or bulky items (e.g., surfboards, bicycles) may incur additional fees and must be declared during booking.
The operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
5. Safety & Liability
All passengers are covered by basic maritime travel insurance during the journey.
Passengers must follow crew instructions for safety and wear life jackets when required.
The operator is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by unforeseen weather, mechanical issues, or natural events.
6. Children & Senior Passengers
Children under 3 years old may travel free of charge (without a seat).
Children aged 3 years old and above are full ticket charge.
Senior passengers or those with medical conditions should inform staff before boarding for assistance.
7. General Terms
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the booked date and passenger name.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited onboard.
The company reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
