• One-way fast ferry ticket (Padang Bai → Gili Terawangan, Lombok)

• Air-conditioned cabin or open-deck seating

• Luggage allowance up to 25 kg per passenger

• Professional crew and onboard safety equipment

• Basic travel insurance (as provided by the operator)

• Mineral water during boarding or check-in

• Assistance with boarding and luggage handling at the harbor

❌ Exclusions:

• Hotel transfers to or from Padang Bai or Gili Terawangan

• Meals and personal expenses on board

• Surfboard or oversized luggage fees (if applicable)

• Additional insurance coverage beyond the basic plan

• Tipping for staff or crew (optional)

• Rebooking or cancellation fees due to personal schedule changes

Policy

Attention!

• Check-in time for Nusa Lembongan, Gili Air, and Gili Meno will be earlier due to shuttle transfers between the harbour and the ferry
• Ekajaya Fast Ferry is not liable for missed boats caused by late check-in or absence at the port.
• By purchasing and using this ticket, the passenger agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.
• Passengers departing from Gili Meno must pay Rp. 35,000/person directly in Gili Meno for a small boat transfer to the Ekajaya Fast Ferry. Our vessel is unable to dock directly at the Gili Meno port. Therefore, guests are required to use a small boat transfer.

Terms and Conditions :

• Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be refused boarding without a refund.
• Each passenger may bring a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage with a total combined weight not exceeding 25 kg. Excess or unsafe items may be refused.
• Ekajaya Fast Ferry accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage (including its content), including during loading, transit, or unloading, regardless of cause.
• Travel is not recommended for pregnant women or those with heart, back, or serious medical conditions. Sea conditions may be rough; all children must be supervised. The company accepts no liability for injury on board.
• No explosives, flammables, corrosives, or dangerous items are allowed on board.
• Ekajaya Fast Ferry is a port-to-port carrier and accepts no responsibility for delays caused by weather, technical issues, or government orders that may result in missed flights or onward travel. Passengers are advised to allow at least 24 hours before any connecting flights.
• Cancellation by passenger: More than 7 days (168 hours) before travel: full refund, 7 to 2 days (168 to 48 hours) before travel: 50% refund, 48 hours or less, or no-show: no refund.
• The passenger agrees that once services (boat and/or shuttle) have been provided, they waive the right to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through their bank or card provider for any reason.
• Insurance only covers incidents occurring during the ferry journey while passengers are on board the vessel.
• Pets are strictly not allowed on board.
• Promotional tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions regarding refund and schedule change policies.
• Tickets with the Flex Fare Plan add-on are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the add-on.
