Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To offer flexibility and peace of mind, we provide a simple and customer-friendly cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation:
You may cancel your airport transfer at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a 100% refund of your payment.Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund, as the driver and vehicle are already scheduled.No Show:
If the guest does not show up at the pickup point and cannot be contacted within 90 minutes of the scheduled pickup (arrival transfers), it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.How to Cancel:
