By using our on-call massage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
B. Service Description
Our on-call massage service provides professional massage therapy in the comfort of your chosen location. The duration and type of massage can be selected during the booking process.
C. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be made through our website or designated booking platform.
- A minimum notice period is required for booking confirmation
- Cancellations must be made within D-1 to avoid cancellation fees or You will charged a 30% cancellation fee
- Re-scheduling a massage can be made within D-1.
D. Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Ensure the designated location is suitable for massage therapy and free of any potential hazards.
- Communicate any health conditions, allergies, or specific requests to the therapist before the session.
E. Health and Safety
- Our therapists are trained professionals, but clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the massage.
- Clients with specific health concerns or conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before booking a massage.
F. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
- We accept various forms of payment, as outlined on our website.
G. Confidentiality
- Client information, including health history, is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Therapists will not disclose any client information without explicit consent.
H. Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the massage session.
- Inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be liable for the full payment.
I. Liability
- While our therapists are trained professionals, clients acknowledge that massage involves some level of risk.
- We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the massage, except in cases of negligence on our part.
J. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
